We make every effort to ensure that the colours and details of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, variations in screen settings and resolutions may result in slight differences in appearance.
Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below:
Returns
- We do not accept returns on any orders.
- Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of a faulty product, subject to approval by the Oneform Studio team.
- Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Exchanges
- Free exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange items are non-returnable.
- Reverse pick-up is provided only in cases of faulty or incorrect delivery.
- For exchange requests (non-faulty), the customer is responsible for the reverse pick-up shipping charges.
Sale & Special Categories
- Sale / discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Ready-to-Ship pieces are not eligible for exchanges.
- Items purchased from other retail locations or third-party websites are not eligible for return or exchange with Oneform Studio.
Conditions for Exchanges
- Requests made after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- All tags must remain intact, and items must be returned in their original packaging.
- End-of-season sale or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds & Shipping
- Refunds will be issued only via the original mode of payment.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Oneform Studio is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather or courier issues.
- Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be raised with the shipping partner.
Quality Assurance
All Oneform Studio pieces undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact our customer service team immediately upon delivery.
Oneform Studio reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria, at its sole discretion.
