All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase.

Orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days unless otherwise specified. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.

All orders are shipped from the Oneform Studio atelier in Hyderabad via trusted courier partners.

Please note that Oneform Studio is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions or courier disruptions. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within India

Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders within India.

Delivery timelines begin after dispatch.

Dispatch Timelines

Standard pieces: Dispatched within 10–15 working days

• Ready-to-Ship pieces: Dispatched within 2–4 working days

  (Customisations on Ready-to-Ship pieces will follow the standard dispatch timeline)

 

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
